The Perfect Holiday

The most fantastic hotel in stunning grounds, together with impeccable service and friendly smiles from everybody around; nothing has been too much trouble for anyone! The resort is within walking distance of many great restaurants, but the dining facilities in the resort are also excellent.

The best ambiance is at the outside dining area in which the buffet was always diverse, fresh, and appetizingly presented. We spent a blissful seven days in the Grand Fiesta Americana; we felt welcome were met with warmth and kindness by everybody, and we’ll undoubtedly revisit 1 day. Loved it!

This is my second visit to this hotel for a business convention. The sea view rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The maids maintain the rooms pristine like an excellent turndown service in the evening. The grounds are charming, and the staff quite helpful – they suggested to take a cozumel atv and beach club adventure on our next trip to Mexico.

Right in the restaurants is reasonably good but not outstanding. Some of the lunchtime food to the conference was rather bland, but that might just have been me. The pool bar had great food and cocktails.

We stayed at grand fiesta Americana due to a meeting held at the convention center (directly across the stress from the hotel). We got an update to get a master suite and loved the spacious area with a large balcony and bath. Service at the hotel was impeccable, such as pool service and restaurants. We had a fantastic time.

The resort is in the center of everything. We only had to walk out several blocks to get to town or into the nightlife and restaurants in addition to the pier where the ferry is taken. The location was excellent.

In the morning we had breakfast in the Grand Club lounge and Carlos, our waiter was fantastic. I believe we were there in the offseason because we practically had the pool and couch to ourselves. I certainly need to go back with my children and stay longer. I recommend updating to Grand Club expertise, it’s completely worth it!
